*LCHS 7/8 PTA bylaws state that meetings are held the second Thursday of the month for the months of August, October, November, January, February, March, and May unless otherwise ordered by the association or by the executive board. The exception is the August meeting, which will take shortly after school begins. Notice of changes to the meeting date, time or occurrence must be given in writing at least 10 days in advance, with exception of annual election meeting (March) which requires 30 days notice. Association meeting quorum is 18 members. Executive Board meetings are held monthly. Executive board quorum is 8 members. Please check the District calendar and review our newsletter for confirmation on the date, time and location of our meetings as often our location changes at the last minute due to school priority use for meeting location.
Important News
Check-In Policy for Visitors on Campus:
All visitors coming onto the LCHS campus need to sign in at the front office and get a visitor badge before entering the school. Any visitors on campus without a badge may be asked to leave.
